Two India-origin people among America's top 100 financial advisors
Two India-origin persons - Raj Sharma and Raj Bhatia - have found a place in a list of top 100 financial advisors in the US. The list compiled by Barron's, a financial publication from the publishers of the Wall Street Journal, is topped by Morgan Stanley's Gregory Vaughan who is overseeing assets worth USD 11,800 million. Sharma and Bhatia, both from Merrill Lynch, are ranked at the 55th and 82nd positions, respectively. According to the publication, Sharma has slipped from the 18th spot last year and is now overseeing assets to the tune of USD 2,246 million. Bhatia who did not feature in the ranking last year, is managing assets worth USD 1,010 million.
