First the bars of gold are melted and alloyed in a crucible under great heat to create 22 kt. gold. The melted gold is formed into gold wires and plates. From these the artisans cut the individual pieces that make up the design. He forms these pieces with a saw, a file or a punch die. Pieces are shaped into the design that follows the renderings created per your wishes and imagination. Next small pieces of 22 kt. gold solder are placed in between each individual joint and fused to form a single piece of jewelry. After fusing, files are used to cle today.
