Pineapple,
celery, apple & cucumber with ginger
Makes
approx 1½ cups
Useful
for the relief of arthritis, since the pineapple, celery
and ginger all have anti-inflammatory properties.
Ingrediants

ripe pineapple, peeled and roughly chopped

Process
all ingredients through Juice Fountain and serve

Pineapple,
papaya & banana with ginger
Makes

Ginger
is useful in the treatment of nausea. This nutritious
drink also provides carbohydrates and many of the
nutrients that may be lacking if a person has been ‘off
their food’.

Watermelon,
papaya & strawberry

Raspberries
& Strawberries Drink WITH PEAR

large number of seeds in raspberries makes them a rich
source of dietary fiber. They are also rich in vitamin C.

TIP:

Papaya,
pineapple & orange
Makes
approx 2 cups
Full
of vitamin C and beta-carotene, plus the pineapple
contains anti-inflammatory agents.
Ingrediant

cup peeled and chopped papaya

cup peeled and chopped pineapple

oranges, peeled and halved crushed ice
Place
papaya in Moda Blender and process until just smooth. Set
aside. Process pineapple and orange through Juice
Fountain. Add to blender with crushed ice. Blend until
smooth and well combined. Serve.
Mango,
cherry & peach milkshake

large or 2 small mangoes, peeled and chopped

cup cherries, pitted

scoops mango sorbet
Place
mango, cherries, peach, milk and half the ice cream into
Moda Blender. Process until smooth. Pour into serving
glasses and top with remaining ice cream and mango sorbet.
Raspberry
& strawberry smoothie

Place
raspberries and half the ice cream into Moda Blender and
process until smooth. Pour into glasses, add the remaining
ice cream scoops and drizzle with topping.
TIPS:
You can trim down these recipes by using low-fat milk and
ice-cream - for yourself or kids aged over five years.
Kids under five years need whole milk dairy products to
meet their nutritional needs. -Milkshakes and smoothies
are great ways of getting kids to eat lots of fruit.
Peach,
strawberry & pink grapefruit

Place
peach, strawberries and ice into Moda Blender and process
until smooth. Add grapefruit juice and blend until just

Mango,

TIP:
To clean the Breville Moda Blender, half fill the blender

briefly to clean the pitcher.
