This June, Miami is embracing wellness, culture, and community in a big way — and it’s doing it indoors. On Saturday, June 21, the Miami Fair & Expo Center will be home to the city’s first full-day indoor celebration of International Yoga Day, a global movement that began in 2014 to honor one of India’s most profound contributions to humanity.

“International Yoga Day Miami 2025 – Vibe & Thrive isn’t just a yoga event — it’s a transformative, community-centered festival celebrating Vedic culture, conscious living, and holistic health, “  all in the comfort of an air-conditioned venue designed to beat the summer heat and dodge Florida’s unpredictable storm season.

About the Author
Chahna Tailor Gupta, an Ayurvedic Practitioner and certified yoga teacher, has a background in occupational therapy and health science with a focus in public health. Chahna was yoga trained in Rishikesh, India and had ayurvedic clinicals in Kannur, Kerala. Chahna provides yoga, pranayama, meditation, 200-hr yoga teacher training, and ayurvedic health counseling services through her company Namaskar To You. Chahna is a volunteer for Ekal Vidyalaya, American Association of Ayurvedic Professionals (AAAP), and Ayurveda Association of Florida (AAF). She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Ayurvedic Medicine while continuing her self-studies in yoga.
