Alia Bhatt’s latest production,

The story follows Shyamili Das, affectionately known as Shy, who appears to have the perfect life at the beginning of the film. A glamorous opening sequence shows her receiving a symbolic ring from her boyfriend Mayank Jhunjhunwala and being introduced as the head of his family’s company. The fantasy soon gives way to reality, revealing that Shy has concealed several important details about her life from Mayank and her college circle.

Her family is struggling financially because of their debt-ridden saree business, while Shy is determined to build a more prosperous future. She sees her relationship with Mayank as a possible path toward an internship at his father’s company, a scholarship and greater financial security. Her carefully constructed plans unravel when Mayank ends their relationship on his 21st birthday.

Things become more complicated when Mayank begins dating Tara, played by Bianca Arora. In an attempt to provoke her former boyfriend, Shy starts flirting with Dhruv, a previous friend portrayed by Ansh Duggal. What begins as an effort to make someone jealous gradually develops into a more complicated emotional situation.

The film recreates the colorful atmosphere of a college romantic comedy, using friendship, family relationships, heartbreak and second chances as key elements. A competitive college festival provides an energetic backdrop, while dance and music remain central to the movie’s presentation. Songs such as Tum Ho Wahi, performed by Armaan Malik and Shreya Karmarkar, and Sona Mohapatra’s Re Bawri complement the youthful setting, with Ram Sampath handling the music.

Aarushi Bajaj brings confidence and determination to Shy’s character, while Bianca Arora gives Tara emotional depth. Ansh Duggal and Piyush Khati also make their roles work, while Kunaal Roy Kapur appears as Mr. Q and Neha Dhupia makes a special appearance.

However, the narrative becomes increasingly predictable. Several developments can be anticipated early, while the backstory of Shy’s parents receives limited attention despite its importance to the story. Ultimately, Don’t Be Shy offers an entertaining mix of romance, friendship, music and youthful energy, although its familiar storyline prevents the film from fully developing its potential.

At 69, Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor continues to maintain an active approach to fitness. The veteran actor recently gave fans a glimpse of his cardio routine, sharing a video of himself working out on an exercise bike. In the post, Kapoor described the equipment as a long-standing favorite in his fitness routine, highlighting the familiarity he has developed with it over the years.

The latest workout is another example of Kapoor’s focus on staying consistent with exercise. Earlier, he had shared footage of himself recording a run after taking a four-year break from documenting his running sessions. Reflecting on that period, the actor explained that his fitness journey had continued even when the pace and form of his workouts changed.

For Kapoor, maintaining fitness is less about achieving quick results and more about continuing the effort over time. He has previously spoken about repetition and persistence as important elements of achieving progress, describing consistency as a force capable of producing significant results through small efforts repeated every day.

His approach to fitness has remained a recurring theme in his social media posts, where he has regularly shared glimpses of his workouts and reflections on maintaining an active lifestyle.

Meanwhile, Kapoor has also returned to Indian television with India Ke Top 1%, which premiered on September 19. The reality quiz show is an Indian adaptation of the international format The 1% Club and takes a different approach from conventional general-knowledge quiz programs.

Rather than concentrating primarily on trivia, the show challenges participants through questions involving logic, observation, common sense and reasoning. The format brings together 100 contestants who compete through 13 rounds, with the difficulty increasing as the competition progresses.

The program’s top prize can reach approximately $120,000. It airs on Star Plus on Saturdays and Sundays at 8 p.m. and is also available to stream on JioHotstar. Viewers can participate alongside the televised competition through the platform’s interactive “Play Along” feature.

With his latest workout post arriving alongside his television comeback, Kapoor continues to share both professional updates and glimpses of his long-running commitment to fitness.

Akshay Kumar has offered a glimpse into his unusually strict approach to time, revealing that he often arrives at events much earlier than expected. The actor recently discussed his punctuality while speaking about his lifestyle, fitness routine and attitude toward Bollywood social gatherings.

Kumar explained that his decision to stay away from Bollywood parties is not necessarily connected to maintaining his fitness. Instead, he admitted that he simply does not enjoy them. Recalling an awards event, he said he and actor Boman Irani were already seated even though the show had not started. The two were reportedly waiting for the hosts to arrive so they could receive their awards and head home.

The actor also shared an amusing example involving weddings. Rather than treating the time printed on an invitation as a loose guideline, Kumar said he takes it literally. If a wedding invitation states that the celebration will run from 8 p.m. to midnight, he said he and Irani would aim to arrive at 8 p.m.

His approach can sometimes result in an unusual situation, Kumar joked, because the bride and groom themselves may not have arrived by the time he gets there. The anecdote reflects his long-standing reputation for maintaining a disciplined schedule.

Psychologist Dr. Neerja Agarwal, co-founder of Emoneeds, explained that punctuality can develop through several influences, including personality, upbringing, cultural expectations and personal experiences. She pointed to conscientiousness, a personality trait associated with organization and dependability, as one factor that can make people more likely to value being on time.

Agarwal also noted that people who grow up in environments where punctuality is emphasized may carry those expectations into adulthood. Experiences involving the consequences of being late can further reinforce the habit.

Psychotherapist and life coach Delnna Rrajesh discussed the broader impact of punctuality on relationships and professional life. She said consistently honoring commitments can demonstrate reliability and consideration for others. She also suggested that keeping promises to oneself can gradually build self-trust and confidence.

According to Rrajesh, maintaining disciplined habits can remain important even after achieving professional success. She emphasized preparation, continuous learning and respectful treatment of colleagues as behaviors that can continue regardless of status.

Kumar’s comments ultimately highlight how seriously he approaches schedules, whether he is attending professional events or social occasions.

The actor appears in a rugged, intense avatar, giving audiences an early glimpse of his character in the highly awaited drama. The film, which also features Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal, is scheduled to arrive in theaters worldwide on January 21, 2027.

Alia Bhatt was among the first to react to the poster. Sharing the image on Instagram, she complimented her co-star with a brief but affectionate message, calling him “handsome.” Her post added to the excitement surrounding the film, particularly as the project brings her together with both Kapoor and Bhansali once again.

The poster presents Ranbir in a striking cinematic setting. He is shown seated inside a vintage-looking car, wearing sunglasses and sporting a blood-stained sleeve. A bullet mark on his shirt further hints at the action and conflict surrounding his character. His serious expression and rugged appearance create a distinctly dramatic mood.

Vicky Kaushal also joined the social media buzz surrounding the reveal. The actor shared the first-look poster on his account and expressed his enthusiasm for Bhansali’s upcoming production. His post highlighted the film’s title, cast and confirmed release date, giving fans another reason to look forward to the project.

Love & War marks an important reunion between Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The two previously worked together on Saawariya, Bhansali’s 2007 directorial venture that also marked Kapoor’s debut in Hindi cinema. Alia Bhatt has separately collaborated with the filmmaker on the acclaimed 2022 biographical drama Gangubai Kathiawadi. For Vicky Kaushal, the movie represents his first major professional collaboration with Bhansali.

The film was initially announced with a Christmas 2025 release window, but its schedule was later revised. The makers have now locked January 21, 2027, as the theatrical release date.

Produced as a major Hindi-language drama, Love & War is expected to release in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. With its three prominent leads and Bhansali at the helm, the film has already generated considerable attention ahead of its 2027 theatrical debut.

At the center of the story is Bilal, played by Ayushmann Khurrana, a Pakistani intelligence operative whose life takes an unexpected turn after an explosion leaves him with memory loss. Confused about his own identity and circumstances, Bilal wakes up believing that he is associated with India’s Counter-Terrorism Squad. Wedding rumors involving Malayalam actor Ahaana Krishna and cinematographer Nimish Ravi have gained fresh attention after reports suggested that the two may be planning to marry in September 2026. While speculation surrounding their relationship has circulated for some time, neither Ahaana nor Nimish has officially confirmed their wedding plans.

According to reports published by several media outlets, the couple is believed to be considering September 13, 2026, for the wedding ceremony. The celebrations are reportedly expected to take place over three days at Taj Kovalam. A reception has also been reported for September 15 at Subramaniam Hall in Vazhuthacaud, Thiruvananthapuram. However, none of these arrangements have been publicly confirmed by the actor or the cinematographer.

Fresh discussion about a possible wedding began after Ahaana shared a series of photographs on Instagram. In the pictures, the actor appeared in a black outfit and accompanied the post with a caption referring to her “Thankamaana Paiyyan,” which led followers to speculate that she was referring to Nimish.

The post quickly generated comments from fans who connected the caption to the ongoing wedding rumors. Some followers reportedly mentioned September 13 as a possible wedding date and expressed excitement about a potential announcement. Several of the comments were later removed, adding further attention to the speculation.

Nimish Ravi’s interaction with the post also caught the attention of followers. The cinematographer responded with a butterfly emoji, prompting fans to further discuss the possibility that the post was connected to their rumored relationship.

Ahaana’s father, actor and politician Krishna Kumar, had previously added to public interest when he spoke about his daughter’s marriage plans earlier this year. During an interview in March 2026, he said that Ahaana had informed him about her intention to get married, while suggesting that her family was already familiar with the person involved.

Ahaana Krishna and Nimish Ravi have been linked by fans and entertainment media for some time, largely because of their social media interactions and public appearances. Despite the continued attention surrounding their relationship, the two have not officially confirmed either their relationship status or plans for marriage.

As speculation continues, fans are waiting for an official announcement from Ahaana Krishna or Nimish Ravi. Until then, reports about a September wedding remain unverified.

Arjun Kapoor Gets Emotional at Sister Anshula’s Wedding

Anshula Kapoor has shared an emotional video from her wedding that captures a deeply personal moment involving her brother, actor Arjun Kapoor. The video shows Arjun becoming overwhelmed with emotion as he remembered their late mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, while celebrating Anshula’s marriage to her longtime partner, Rohan Thakkar.

Anshula and Rohan exchanged wedding vows on July 6 in a celebration attended by family members and close friends. While photographs and videos from the occasion offered glimpses of the festivities, Anshula’s latest post gives viewers a more intimate look at the emotions surrounding the special day.

During the wedding, Arjun delivered a heartfelt speech dedicated to their mother. As he reflected on what the celebration might have meant to her, he imagined her enjoying every ritual and detail of the occasion. He also spoke about how she would have embraced Rohan’s family and made sure everyone felt cared for.

Arjun’s words became increasingly emotional as he described his mother’s imagined reaction to the wedding. He said she would have danced, celebrated, and found a way to personally look after the people gathered to mark Anshula’s new chapter.

The actor then connected the rain outside the venue with a touching image of his mother watching over the family. He described it as a sign of her happiness and blessings for the newly married couple.

Arjun struggled to hold back tears during the speech and eventually broke down when Anshula embraced him on stage. The moment reflected the close bond between the siblings and the important place their mother continues to hold in their lives.

Sharing the video online, Anshula wrote about repeatedly watching the footage and finding herself focused on Arjun’s expressions rather than her own. She reflected on the pride, happiness, and emotion visible on her brother’s face and said she had not fully realized how deeply the wedding would affect him until she saw the celebration through his eyes.

Anshula also looked back on their childhood and the different stages of life they have experienced together. She described their relationship as one built through years of growing up together, protecting each other, and adapting to change.

Mona Shourie Kapoor, the former wife of filmmaker Boney Kapoor and mother of Arjun and Anshula, died in 2012 at the age of 48. Her death occurred shortly before Arjun made his Bollywood debut, making her absence a significant part of his personal journey.

The emotional wedding moment offered the Kapoor family an opportunity to remember Mona while celebrating Anshula’s new beginning. It also highlighted the enduring bond between the siblings and the memories that continue to connect their family.

In the photographs, Dishani was seen wearing an elegant white corset-style outfit while displaying her engagement ring. Mantzaris, a professional colorist, kept his look casual in a dark button-up shirt paired with gray trousers.

Along with the pictures, Dishani revealed the wedding date in a heartfelt caption. She wrote that December 6, 2026, represented the “easiest forever” she had known. Mantzaris also shared the engagement announcement with his followers by reposting Dishani’s Instagram update.

Musafir Cafe presents a heartfelt romantic drama that explores love, heartbreak, and second chances through two interconnected timelines. Directed by Ruchir Arun and adapted from a novel by Divya Prakash Dubey, the series follows Chander Mohan Sharma, played by Vikrant Massey, as he navigates complicated relationships that shape different phases of his life. The story blends emotional moments with lighthearted humor, creating a viewing experience that feels grounded in everyday relationships.

Set initially in 2018, the narrative introduces Chander, who reluctantly agrees to arranged marriage meetings at his mother’s request. One such encounter leads him to Sudha Tripathi, portrayed by Vedika Pinto. Although their first meeting is far from ideal, the two gradually develop a close bond that transforms into a meaningful relationship. Running alongside this timeline is a second storyline set in 2026, where Chander fulfills his dream of opening Musafir Cafe in Mussoorie. He shares both his business and life with Preeti, played by Mahima Makwana, yet memories of his past continue to influence his present.

The series stands out for portraying romance without relying on excessive violence, explicit language, or sensationalism. Instead, it focuses on emotional storytelling, family interactions, and realistic conversations that make the characters easy to relate to. The chemistry between Chander and Sudha forms the emotional core of the show, supported by humorous family moments and engaging supporting characters that add warmth to the narrative.

However, the storytelling loses momentum in the present-day timeline. While the relationship between Chander and Sudha receives thoughtful development, the romance involving Chander and Preeti feels underexplored, limiting the emotional depth of their connection. Several supporting characters also receive incomplete arcs, making their journeys feel rushed. The series concludes with an abrupt cliffhanger, leaving important emotional questions unanswered and reducing the overall impact of an otherwise engaging story.

Performance-wise, Vikrant Massey delivers a natural and convincing portrayal, effortlessly returning to the romantic genre while bringing maturity and emotional depth to his character. Vedika Pinto emerges as the standout performer, balancing vulnerability and strength with confidence. Mahima Makwana offers a sincere performance despite limited screen development, while Anubha Fatehpuria, Adil Hussain, and the supporting cast contribute memorable moments throughout the series.

Complementing the performances are soulful songs, attractive cinematography that captures the beauty of Mussoorie, stylish production design, and a subtle background score that enhances the emotional atmosphere without overwhelming the narrative. Although Musafir Cafe occasionally struggles with uneven writing and an incomplete conclusion, it remains an enjoyable romantic drama driven by compelling performances, relatable emotions, and visually appealing storytelling.

Yash Raj Films has officially reserved March 26, 2027, for the theatrical release of its upcoming untitled romantic action drama directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. Slated to arrive during the Good Friday holiday weekend, the film is expected to be one of the studio’s major releases of the year. Backed by producer Aditya Chopra, the project brings together a fresh cast led by Ahaan Panday and Sharvari, with Aaishvary Thackeray and Bobby Deol playing pivotal roles.

The film also marks another chapter in the long-standing collaboration between Aditya Chopra and Ali Abbas Zafar. Over the years, the filmmaker has directed several successful Yash Raj Films productions, including Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, Gunday, Sultan, and Tiger Zinda Hai. Their latest venture reunites the duo for a large-scale entertainer that blends romance with high-energy action.

Ahaan Panday, who recently drew attention with Saiyaara, takes center stage in a role reportedly designed to showcase a more intense and action-oriented side of the actor. Sharvari stars opposite him, continuing her growing association with YRF through another high-profile production. The addition of Bobby Deol and Aaishvary Thackeray further strengthens the ensemble, although the filmmakers have chosen to keep the official title and storyline under wraps for now.

Production has already progressed significantly, with a substantial portion of the movie filmed across various locations in the United Kingdom. The international schedule is expected to give the film a larger visual canvas while complementing its action-packed narrative. Additional shooting has taken place at Yash Raj Film Studios in India, where key sequences have also been completed.

While the makers have not disclosed plot details, the project is being positioned as a romantic action drama featuring emotional storytelling, stylish action sequences, and expansive production values. Industry observers view the holiday release date as a strategic move that could help the film attract audiences during a long weekend, traditionally considered a favorable period for major Bollywood releases.

With an experienced filmmaker, an established production house, and a cast featuring both emerging and seasoned performers, the untitled film has already generated early interest among moviegoers. As anticipation builds, fans can expect more details, including the official title, teaser, and promotional campaign, to be unveiled in the months leading up to its March 2027 theatrical debut.

A struggling government school located on the outskirts of Delhi serves as the backdrop for the lighthearted comedy series Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya. The story centers on Gyaneshwar Tripathi, an eccentric principal striving to keep his underfunded institution afloat despite inadequate resources, missing laboratory tools, and students who show up mainly for free government meals.

The narrative takes an exciting turn when a regional education officer announces a coveted reward: the leaders of the top ten highest-performing schools will receive an all-expenses-paid educational trip to Cambridge, England. Eager to take his devoted wife on her dream vacation abroad, Tripathi embarks on an intense mission to overhaul his school’s academic standing, driving both his faculty and students toward excellence while navigating political interference from local leaders.

The series succeeds largely due to its brilliant comedic timing, sharp dialogue, and memorable characterizations. Director Himank Gaur balances humor with thoughtful commentary on real-world systemic issues, such as severe underfunding, test misconduct, media spin, and political attempts to rewrite historical curricula.

Viewers are treated to several genuinely funny subplots, including a student operating an underground fast-food stand that mirrors an illicit syndicate, an overly meticulous grammar teacher correcting graffiti inside school restrooms, and an inventive sex-education class strategy. While some elements lean into extreme farce or feel slightly convenient compared to grounded comedy shows, the charming writing keeps the narrative engaging throughout.

The show’s overall impact is elevated by outstanding screen performances across the entire ensemble. Kay Kay Menon delivers a remarkably sincere portrayal in an unconventional role, bringing immense warmth to the main protagonist. Prasanna Bisht and Abhimanyu Singh offer compelling work as passionate educators, providing a great mix of nostalgia and comedic tension. The supporting cast, featuring seasoned comedic talents alongside talented child actors, delivers sharp, energetic moments that keep the energy high. Although the musical score remains fairly standard, the authentic set production, realistic costuming, and grounded filming locations effectively capture the essence of suburban life.

Despite a few overly theatrical plot twists, Adarsh Baal Vidyalaya stands out as a charming and entertaining critique of modern academic systems. Its sharp observational humor, clever scripts, and exceptional lead performances make it an enjoyable watch for fans of lighthearted social satire.

Actor Suniel Shetty has opened up about his first interaction with Indian cricketer KL Rahul, revealing that his admiration for the sports star existed long before Rahul became part of his family. The actor shared that he was already impressed by Rahul’s cricketing talent, personality, and humble nature before his daughter Athiya Shetty began her relationship with the Indian batter.

Recalling the first time they met, Suniel said the moment felt less like a meeting between two public figures and more like a fan meeting his favorite player. He explained that he approached Rahul with genuine admiration and respect, appreciating not only his achievements on the field but also the way he carries himself away from the spotlight.

Suniel praised Rahul for staying grounded despite achieving significant success in cricket. He highlighted the player’s communication skills, calm personality, and positive influence on young fans. According to the actor, Rahul’s behavior and attitude have made a strong impression on people who follow his journey.

The actor also revealed that he does not interfere in Rahul’s cricketing decisions or offer professional advice. Instead, conversations at home focus more on personal values and character rather than careers. Suniel explained that he believes in keeping things simple and encouraging the family to prioritize qualities such as discipline, respect, and integrity.

During the conversation, Suniel also addressed speculation about his ability to own an Indian Premier League franchise. He clarified that although many people assume he has the financial resources to purchase a team, he has never independently invested in an IPL franchise. However, he acknowledged that partnerships with investors could have made such an opportunity possible.

Speaking about Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s success with his IPL team, Suniel admired his strategic thinking and long-term vision. He said Shah Rukh’s ability to make smart decisions, understand opportunities, and maintain consistency helped build a successful franchise. Suniel added that while he considers himself more reserved by nature, he appreciates Shah Rukh’s confidence and business approach.

KL Rahul and Athiya Shetty married in 2023, bringing together two prominent families from the worlds of entertainment and sports. The couple later welcomed their daughter, Evaarah Vipula, further strengthening the relationship between the Shetty and Rahul families.

Through his comments, Suniel emphasized that his respect for Rahul comes not only from his cricketing achievements but also from his humility, values, and the positive example he sets for others.
