Sridhar Chillara to Lead South Asians for Jack 2025
In a major community event in Edison, NJ, gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli officially named Sridhar Chillara as Chairman of the South Asian American Coalition for Jack 2025. This appointment marks a significant push to engage over 1 million South Asian residents across New Jersey ahead of the upcoming election. Chillara’s strategy includes building dedicated sub-coalitions for Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Sri Lankan American communities. Within the Indian coalition, region-specific language wings—Telugu, Gujarati, Tamil, Punjabi, and Hindi—will amplify cultural connections statewide. His plan also involves assembling a strong executive board, advisory members, and key committees to oversee outreach efforts, social media, festivals, temple partnerships, youth engagement, voter registrations, and fundraising. “This isn’t just a title—it’s a movement,” Chillara declared, vowing to convert cultural pride into political action. Community members can engage through Facebook at South Asians for Jack and Indian Americans for Jack to join this powerful, grassroots-driven initiative.
