Panipat: Kriti Sanon plays a healer who turns into a WARRIOR (role details out)
Ashutosh Gowariker’s period film is all set to release and there is a lot of buzz about the same. Lead actor Arjun Kapoor was in the news for his brand new look especially for the film. He is playing Sadashiv Rao and Kriti Sanon will be playing Parvati Bai.
Kriti revealed recently that she absolutely had no clue about who Parvati Bai was because firstly there is no information about her and secondly, that Kriti never was a good history student. So she relied heavily on her director’s take on the character.
What we know so far is that Parvati Bai will be portrayed as a physician in the movie and her character falls in love with Sadashivrao [Arjun Kapoor]. She accompanies him to the war.
Panipat: The Great Betrayal also stars Sanjay Dutt in a pivotal role and marks the first venture where Arjun and Kriti will be seen sharing the screen space.

Super 30: After Bihar, Hrithik Roshan starrer declared tax free in Rajasthan
Super 30 starring Hrithik Roshan is rather doing really well. The film has already minted Rs 70 crores at the box office. The actor is starring as Anand Kumar, mathematician, who teaches underprivileged students for IIT-JEE. The film has been made tax free in Bihar. Now, Rajasthan has followed the suit.
On Thursday, Ashok Gehlot, the Chief Minister of Rajasthan, took to Twitter to declare Super 30 tax-free in Rajasthan. “#Super30 based on the real story of Mr. #AnandKumar is an inspiring film of recent times. It is an excellent example of exceptional willpower and determination, that despite all odds- success is achievable. We must take inspiration from such films and imbibe the value of ‘excellence in education’ in the youth of our society today. I hereby declare this film tax-free in the state of #Rajasthan. #Super30.”
Hrithik was quick to respond and thanked for his gesture. “Thank you so much honourable @ashokgehlot51 Ji for blessing us with this privilege.,” he wrote.
Super 30 stars Mrunal Thakur, Pankaj Tripathi, Nandish Sandhu, and Amit Srivastava. The film hit the theatres on 12 July, 2019.

CONFIRMED: SAAHO release date pushed to August 30, clash with Mission Mangal and Batla House averted
Prabhas’s Saaho date has been pushed to August 30, as speculated. The makers put out a statement with regard to this and claimed that the date has been pushed because they did not want to compromise on the quality of action sequences, for which they need some more time.
We told you first that Prabhas – Shraddha Kapoor’s movie will NOT release on the scheduled time, August 15 because two more movies are coming up on this date: Mission Mangal and Batla House. Also two major South films – Ranarangam and Evaru are slated to release on the same day.
The official statement claims that the makers are committed towards giving the best visual experience to their audience but also don’t want to miss out on releasing the film in August, hence have decided the date accordingly.
A spokesperson for the producers’ shares, “We want to bring the best to the audience. For bringing finesse to the action sequences we need some more time. Although we are shifting the date from Independence Day but we want to stick to the month of Independence and patriotism with Saaho. We are dedicated to bringing the biggest movie on the largest scale.”
Saaho, will release in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. The Sujeeth directorial will also star Neil Nitin Mukesh, Jackie Shroff, Mahesh Manjrekar, Mandira Bedi amongst others.

Ajaz Khan ARRESTED for making and circulating objectionable videos
Ajaz Khan, better known as the ex Bigg Boss contestant, was arrested by Mumbai Police for making and circulating objectionable videos on Tik Tok. He mocked Mumbai Police and also instigated masses by promoting communal differences.
After a complaint was registered against him, he was nabbed shortly by the police. Police state that Ajaz was held because he was promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion, creating hatred amongst people at large.
Ajaz was in trouble a few years ago after the narcotics cell found a stash of illegal drugs and substances, including ecstasy with him. He got out on bail.

WAR: Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s action scenes directed by 4 international experts (ALL deets out)
Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff have been in the news since the teaser of their movie, War, as dropped on the internet. The movie has Tiger taking over Hrithik. The highlight of this film is of course that Hrithik and Tiger going at each other in carefully choreographed action sequences. Needless to say, both are looking sleek, suave and uber hot while they are at it.
According to latest reports, director Sidharth Anand has not left any stone unturned to make sure to impress masses with this much awaited movie. The makers have roped in Paul Jennings, Franz Spilhaus, SeaYoung Oh and Parvez Shaikh – four top notch action directors from all over the world to give us a world class experience.

Ranveer Singh earns Dubai star alongside Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli, Jackie Chan, Dwayne Johnson, Korean band BTS
Ranveer Singh is easily one of the most bankable stars in the industry right now. The actor has given two major hits in 2018 with Padmaavat and Simmba. Starting the year 2019 with Gully Boy, the actor had yet another blockbuster. With that being said, Ranveer Singh will receive the Dubai star soon alongside Shah Rukh Khan, cricketer Virat Kohli among others.
Just like Hollywood’s Walk Of Fame in Los Angeles, Dubai will have its own Walk of Fame. They plan to kick off the Walk Of Fame with 400 stars in October 2019 in Downtown Dubai along the sidewalk of Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. They plan to have 10,000 stars by the time it is complete.

Sidharth admitted that he flunked ninth grade. He said, “Yes, my attention was diverted by girls. But this (the failure) turned out to be a positive thing in my life as I was eventually moved to a co-ed school where I learned better. And I passed my 10th and 11th grade with good grades.”
Later, they were asked who they want to kidnap in Bollywood as their movie is based on kidnapping grooms for marriage. Parineeti said, “Saif Ali Khan. I have even told Kareena Kapoor how much I admire Saif.” Sid claimed that he would abduct Kareena’s son, Taimur.

Mission Mangal Trailer Launch: Akshay Kumar RESPONDS to Kangana Ranaut and media controversy
Akshay Kumar, on Thursday, launched the trailer of the much-awaited space film Mission Mangal with his team Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen, and Sharman Joshi. During the trailer launch, the actor was questioned about the controversy that happened between Kangana Ranaut and PTI journalist Justin Rao.
Speaking to the media during the trailer launch, Akshay Kumar said, “Humein aapki bahut zarurat hai (We all need you). The relation between media and an actor is very deep; like husband and wife. There will always be some nok-jhonk [tussle]. I just hope that it gets resolved because we need you [media] a lot. It is only through you that whatever I have to say reaches the people and vice versa. I hope this misunderstanding gets solved. I am not too clued in into this matter because I was in London. It is unfortunate, but I hope everything gets solved.”
A few days ago during JudgeMentall Hai Kya song launch, Kangana Ranaut ended up in a feud with PTI journalist for bashing Manikarnika. When the journalist introduced himself during Q&A, she said, “You were bashing Manikarnika. Have I done anything wrong by making a film on nationalism? You called me a jingoistic woman who is making a film on nationalism.”
To which the journalist replied, “You cannot intimidate a journalist because you are in a power position.”

Mission Mangal Trailer Launch: Akshay Kumar speaks up on his film’s clash with John Abraham’s Batla House and Prabhas’ Saaho
Akshay Kumar, on Thursday, launched the trailer of India’s very own space mission film Mission Mangal with his team of space scientists including Vidya Balan, Sonakshi Sinha, Taapsee Pannu, Kirti Kulhari, Nithya Menen, and Sharman Joshi. While the multistarrer is set to release on Independence Day, the film will be facing off with two films – John Abraham’s Batla House and Prabhas starrer Saaho.
Speaking about the same at the trailer launch event, Akshay Kumar talked about why in future it will become a major problem with many films clashing at the box office. The actor said, “In a year, more than 180 Hindi films release and then there are about 30 to 40 Hollywood films as well so there would be a lot of congestion. In the future, there will be more problems as maybe at that time four to five films may clash at the same time. There is no element of surprise in this and we should not blame anybody or blame each other and just go along with it.”
Mission Mangal is an incredible true story based on a Mars mission accomplished by a team of scientists at India’s Space Research Organization (ISRO). While we know who is playing which character, we are waiting to watch the trailer to see how this team comes together to achieve a seemingly impossible task of reaching Mars in India’s maiden attempt, making it the only country in the world to set this record.
When asked why he encourages more patriotic films, Akshay said, “If such a great script comes to me, how can I not be a part of it? There is such a great cast. Bringing five female actors together was such a difficult task. I had to do the film.”
Mission Mangal is based on a true story. This is director Jagan’s first film. I have known him for a very long time. He used to assist AR Murugadoss and R Balki too. He is the guy who brought the story to me and told me all about ISRO. I don’t know if our film will be a hit or not, but as I have told all my colleagues, we will always be very proud of the film. I have done around 150 films, but this is the film I am most proud of,” says Akshay Kumar.

And it’s a baby boy for Arjun Rampal and Gabriella Demetriades
Arjun Rampal is over the moon. Proud father of two lovely daughters, he now has son. Arjun’s partner Gabriella Demetriades gave birth to a healthy baby boy on Thursday morning at a hospital in Mumbai.
Arjun couldn’t contain his excitement. “How do I feel? Exhausted and exhilarated. I haven’t got much sleep. I’ve been here in the hospital, as tense and nervous as I was when my daughters were born; it feels amazing to be a father again. We were equally excited about a boy or a girl. But now that it’s baby boy I am happy to welcome him into our family.”
Apparently Arjun’s two daughters Mahikaa and Myra were with their father to welcome their baby brother. Says Arjun, “Mahikaa and Myra were with us when our boy was born. It feels like a complete family. I couldn’t ask for more.”
Arjun divorced his wife of 20 years Mehr Jessia in 2018 announcing the painful separation with the following joint statement: “After a 20-year-long beautiful journey filled with love and beautiful memories, we would like to share, that all journeys have different paths. We feel that it is time for us to move on to different destinations henceforth.”
Soon after he plunged into a relationship with Gabriella.

Prabhas shot with 100 fighters for the climax of Saaho
One of the biggest blockbusters of the year, Saaho which kick-started shooting in 2017 marking the return of Prabhas on the big screen after SS Rajamouli’s Baahubalifranchise. What is more interesting is that the film which has international stuntmen namely, Kenny Bates already- later, the makers roped in Rush Hour 3 fame Peng Zhang to choreograph the climax of Prabhas’ Saaho which was shot in Abu Dhabi.
Earlier, the director Sujeeth had said that the shooting has taken even longer than expected because of the action which demanded almost two years of prep. The makers have shot an eight-minute-long action-packed climax, recreating a desert in Abu Dhabi. “A set resembling a ruined place was erected on a 10-acre land and special black soil was strewn over it to give it an authentic desert look. A team of 100 fighters from across the globe were hired for a larger-than-life action sequence involving Prabhas and the baddies. It cost Rs 70 crore and was choreographed by the internationally-acclaimed action director Peng Zhang of Hollywood biggies like The Last Samurai, Hellboy II: The Golden Army and Rush Hour 3,” revealed a source close to the development.
Last month, leading lady Shraddha Kapoor had flown to Austria to film a lavishly mounted romantic track and some scenes. In the same schedule, the team had also shot a dance number composed by Badshah with Jacqueline Fernandez in a special turn. After that, the team had reunited in Hyderabad for some patchwork with Prabhas. The multilingual, presented by Bhushan Kumar in Hindi, was finally wrapped up on July 15 in the Telangana capital.
Saaho is one of the most anticipated films, starring Prabhas. Paired with Shraddha Kapoor, the movie is being shot in three languages, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, simultaneously. The movie also has a superlative ensemble cast of Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Arun Vijay, Murali Sharma, amongst others. Saaho is a high octane action thriller which is presented by T-Series, produced by UV Creations and directed by Sujeeth and is set to hit the theatres on August 15, 2019.

’83: Ranveer Singh goes for a diet variant of Nutella spread (read deets)
We all know how addicted Ranveer Singh is to sweets, especially Nutella! Well, as he is shooting for one of the most challenging films of his career so far, he is looking visibly fit as the Haryana Hurricane – Kapil Dev for ’83. There is a bunch of experts monitoring Ranveer’s diet and exercise for the movie.
It was revealed that because Ranveer is so fond of his Nutella, a healthy variant has been developed specially for him by his diet expert Anmol Singhal. It consists of avocado mousse which is rich in protein and dark chocolate chips to suit Ranveer’s palate.
In addition to this, Singh has been eating a healthy diet of jalapeno and crisp bacon omelette that comprises rolled oats, eggs, topped with mixed nuts and fresh berries.
’83 directed by Kabir Khan is slated to release next year. The film has a huge star cast headlined by Ranveer. It includes Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Ammy Virk, Harrdy Sandhu, Jiiva, Sahil Khattar, Chirag Patil, Adinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa, and Pankaj Tripathi.

Varun Dhawan hurts his knee badly while rehearsing for Street Dancer 3D
Varun Dhawan has been rehearsing for six hours a day at an Andheri studio for Street Dancer 3D and well, he has unfortunately hurt his right knee while doing so. The actors are geared up for a climax of the film which is supposed to be a hugely mounted affair with top notch experts in the field of dance featuring in it.
Now, reports claim that Varun was practicing some Bhangra moves and he hurt his knee but he continued to practice despite the pain, being the professional that he is.
Varun was doing some Bhangra moves along with some Urban Pop and Hip Hop. He was rehearsing with Rahul Shetty, Dharmesh and Tashan from United Kingdom when he twisted his knee was hurt himself.
As the name suggests, Street Dancer 3D will feature many high octane dance stunts and moves. The movie will mark the Bollywood acting debut of popular dancer Shakti Mohan. The film is expected to release on January 24, 2020.

Sanjay Dutt can’t wait to start Munnabhai MBBS 3 but here’s the glitch
Sanjay Dutt has entered a new foray with production of Marathi film, Baba. He had announced the project few weeks ago dedicating the same to his dad, veteran actor Sunil Dutt. He was present at the trailer launch event of the movie where he spoke about the much awaited sequel of the famous Munnabhai series.
He was asked about its development to which he replied, “I pray to God it happens soon but this should be asked from Mr Raju Hirani (Rajkumar Hirani) director of Munna Bhai… series. I think he would be in a better position to answer this question. I am eagerly waiting to start shooting.”
It is rumoured that Rajkumar Hirani has been holding on this project till his name gets cleared from the Me Too case.
Sanjay Dutt will next be seen in Shamshera with Ranbir Kapoor and Panipat with Arjun Kapoor.

Assam Floods: Akshay Kumar donates Rs. 1 crore to the CM Relief Fund and Kaziranga Park Rescue each and urges people to donate!
With a lot of lives on the line, Assam floods have taken a toll on the state as it is one of the biggest floods that they have witnessed in over 15 years. A lot of people are doing their bit by donating money and food for the people stuck in the floods. Along with the infrastructure, almost 90% of the Kaziranga National Park has been submerged in water and there are desperate measures being taken to save both humans and animals. Sarbananda Sonowal, The CM of the state has urged people to donate by however means they are able to in an attempt to bring the state back on its feet.
Actor Akshay Kumar has taken the initiative of donating Rs. 1 crore each to the CM relief fund and Kaziranga Park rescue. The actor has never shied away from being a generous soul and has always tried to help the country whenever he can. He took to his Twitter to announce this generous donation by tweeting, “Absolutely heartbreaking to know about the devastation by floods in Assam.All affected, humans or animals,deserve support in this hour of crisis.I’d like to donate 1cr each to the CM Relief Fund & for Kaziranga Park rescue.Appealing to all to contribute @CMOfficeAssam @kaziranga_”
On the work front, Akshay Kumar is currently shooting for Sooryavanshi, a cop film being directed by Rohit Shetty.

Dance India Dance: Malaika Arora to fill in for Kareena Kapoor Khan in an upcoming episode?
Kareena Kapoor Khan has been keeping busy with her work schedule. The actress is juggling work between films and television. In May this year, Kareena made her Television debut as the judge on the reality show Dance India Dance. The show has rapper Raftaar and choreographer Bosco Martis as the co-judges. While the actress is busy shooting in London for Angrezi Medium, she has been flying back and forth to shoot for the episodes of the show.
But, it seems like she might miss one of the upcoming episodes. Two weeks ago, Bebo’s sister Karisma Kapoor came as the guest judge on the show to fill in for her. Now, it seems like Kareena’s BFF Malaika Arora will reportedly be taking her place in one of the episodes. Kareena flew back last week to shoot for the upcoming episode which had Arjun Patiala actors Kriti Sanon and Diljit Dosanjh as the guests. The episode will air in this weekend.
If Malaika Arora fills in for Kareena, it won’t be the first time she will act as the judge. She has done shows like Nach Baliye, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa and India’s Got Talent
On the work front, Kareena Kapoor Khan has three films in the pipeline – Dharma Productions’ Good News, Dinesh Vijan’s Angrezi Medium and Karan Johar’s Takht.

Arbaaz Khan assures that there is NOTHING disrespectful or controversial about Sridevi Bungalow
Arbaaz Khan has been associated with Sridevi Bungalow which has been mired in many controversies. On asked about the same he said that almost 80 per cent of the movie was finished before he was approached and hence he had no role in the story.
He admitted that he had voiced his concern to them as he didn’t want to be associated with a project that may take undue advantage of something so unfortunate. But they guaranteed him that they weren’t doing anything wrong. They even told him that they had registered the title before the demise of Sridevi.
In addition to this, the makers sent him the press clippings and interviews of the cast where they had clarified their stand.
Arbaaz Khan recently revealed that Dabangg 3 shoot will be finished hopefully by September. As of now, the shoot is 60 per cent complete. The makers are all set to release the film on December 20, as announced by them earlier.

Amid Khandaani Shafakhana promotions, Sonakshi Sinha to fly in from Hyderabad for trailer launch of Mission Mangal
With the promotions of Khandaani Shafakhana on her plate which is to be released on 2nd August and juggling between the shoots of Dabangg 3 and Bhuj: The Pride Of India, we can safely call Sonakshi Sinha as one of the busiest actresses of Bollywood. Around two days back, Sonakshi was shooting for the third installment of Dabangg in Phaltan, Maharashtra, where she received a very warm welcome. She is also starring in Mission Mangal which has huge ensemble cast including, Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menen, Kirti Kulhari, Sharman Joshi and more. The trailer of Mission Mangal will be launched on 18 July and the film is slated to release on Independence Day.
Currently, Sonakshi is shooting for Bhuj in Hyderabad, but she wanted to be a part of this trailer launch and see the reaction of this trailer with the whole team of Mission Mangal. Hence, Sonakshi requested Abhishek Dudhaiya for some time off, so that she can attend the trailer launch and fly back the same day to resume the shoot. Now, that’s what we call dedication! Here’s what a source close to Sonakshi said,
“Sonakshi requested Abhishek (the director of Bhuj) to give her a day off because she was keen on being a part of this event. She has been travelling back and forth between shooting schedules of Dabangg 3, Bhuj- The Pride of India and Khandaani Shafakhana promotions, but she’s glad to be able to attend the trailer launch of Mission Mangal. This film is very close to Sonakshi’s heart and she wanted to witness the reactions, and hopes that this film will be a milestone for our industry.”
The teaser of Mission Mangal received a great response, and all eyes are on the trailer now, which will drop on the 18th of July.
