He was invited to Capitol Hill by House of Representatives Speaker Paul Ryan, who in April described U.S.-India ties as “a pillar of strength in an important region of the world.”
Honorable Prime Minister is on his fourth visit to the U.S., during which he has met with President Barack Obama, business leaders and think-tank chiefs.
